I always stay at this hotel because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and a fitness center. The staff's kind attitude towards my parents made me feel welcome. I have no regrets and will definitely come back for my next trip.

I recently stayed at Popular Residence for my first time in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel had one way tuk tuks to take guests into town in the evening, which was very convenient. The pool was refreshing after a day in the sun and the bed was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean. I also appreciated the breakfast box they provided for our early morning departure. a perfect stay!

They even prepared a breakfast box for us when we had to leave early. the hotel's location was very quiet and had a peaceful atmosphere. the free pick-up service from the airport was a great convenience. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return on my next visit.

Excellent welcome with a refreshing drink and a cool towel. The room was clean and well equipped with fresh fruits. The hotel staffs were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any needs. Location is quiet and easy to organize a tuk-tuk to go into town or to the airport. The swimming pool was great after a long day of work.

The restaurant could have better meals, but the staff always tried to fulfill our wishes. Some insects came inside the room, but it is understandable as the hotel is located in the countryside.

We had originally booked with a different hotel in Siem Reap that was awful, so we decided to switch to Popular Residence after reading such good things about them on trip advisor. We were so happy with our choice! They greeted us with tea, snacks, and cold towels upon arrival, and the check-in process was friendly and efficient. They even gave us an upgrade to a clean and amazing room overlooking the pool. The staff was so helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with organizing tuk tuks and tours. The hotel's location, although not in the city center, was actually an advantage as it provided a quiet and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, great value, and wonderful amenities.
